This Privacy Policy describes how Laus Consulting (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you connect your QuickBooks Online account to our integration service.

Data We Access

With your authorization, we may access QuickBooks Online accounting data (for example: accounts, transactions, invoices, bills, customers, vendors) via the Intuit QuickBooks Online API.

OAuth Tokens

We use Intuit OAuth to obtain access and refresh tokens needed to call the API. Tokens are stored securely and used only to provide the requested integration.

How We Use Data

To retrieve and export your accounting data to systems you configure.
To troubleshoot issues and maintain the integration.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We do not share your QuickBooks data with third parties except as required to provide the service (e.g., cloud hosting) or as required by law.

Retention & Deletion

We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service or as agreed with you. You may request deletion by contacting us.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect your information.
